Q: Is it OK to print my logo on bag?
A:Yes, we do OEM customization for you. We can print your logo as per your design.
Q: Can you use the pallet when ship the goods?
A: According to customer's request, most we don't suggest use pallet, because 24tons with pallet, 26tons without pallet. if use the pallet the price is higher, the offer must be included the charges of pallet and more charges on port.
Q: What documents you can supply after shipment?
A: Usually we provide B/L, Commerical Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin. If you need SGS or embassy certificate we also can do for you.
Q: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
A: You can get free samples for some products, you only need to pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to us and take the samples. You can send us your product specifications and requests, we will manufacture the products according to your requests.
Q: Can you produce according to the sample?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or formula requirement.
